Our Staff

Anne Williams – Anne is the President of JobFinders Employment Services. She opened JobFinders in 1986 and added contract/temporary staffing in 1995. Anne is an active ambassador for the Columbia, Mo. Chamber of Commerce, a member of Greater Mo. Leadership Challenge, member of American Staffing Association and its Missouri affiliate, MAPPS.

Susan Wallace – Susan is the staffing manager overseeing the temporary staffing division of JobFinders. Susan rejoined the JobFinders team in 2007 after a short hiatus. Susan has staffed temporary employees and contractors for over five years. She has managed small to mid-size offices and managed over 130 industrial temporaries for us at a large industrial manufacturer.

Celina Mowrey – Celina joined JF and Associates as a professional recruiter in October of 2009. Celina has over 6 years of experience in professional recruitment and has worked as a recruiting trainer and sales manager. Celina’s areas of interest include C-Level recruitment, IT, sales, marketing, engineering, insurance and life science recruitment.

Cindy Kerr – Cindy Kerr joined JobFinders in winter of 2009 as our Marketing Manager.  Cindy has over 15 years of sales and business development experience both domestically and internationally.  The focus of her work has been in sales and marketing for medical recruiting and biotechnology products.

Sarah Squires-Weber – assists us in the day to day process of running our business. Sarah currently completes all reference checks and background checks on job applicants and assists us in locating top-notch professional talent.

Penny Garibaldi – is our research assistant; she researches companies and candidates and provides valuable information to us. Penny also completes many special projects.

Ashley Winter – Ashley has worked in Customer Service for over nine years. She is the smiling face that greets everyone in person or on the phone. Ashley is an integral part of the daily operations of all 3 divisions of JobFinders. Ask Ashley a question and she will find out the answer or direct you to the right person.
