We provide a no-cost initial consultation that includes comprehensive needs assessment to determine your company's specific workforce needs. This allows us to select workers who best match your needs and will adapt easily to your work environment. JobFinders competitive fees include: Recruiting the right individual to do the job you need done, Evaluation & Training using QWIZ, Individual Business and Safety Orientation, State & Federal Payroll Taxes, FICA/Medicare, Workers Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Insurance.

Temporary Placement Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied, call JobFinders within 4 hours of the temporary employee's arrival, and there is no charge. We will also send you a replacement immediately.

Professional/Permanent Placement Guarantee: In the event the employee resigns without just cause or is terminated with just cause within 60 calendar days after employment, the fee will be refunded if a suitable replacement for employee is not found by Job Finders within 21 working days of written notice to us.

Terms:
To validate your guarantee, payment of the fee is due to JobFinders Employment Services within fifteen days of the invoice date. We will screen, test, and send our candidates to your company to be considered for a particular job order. If you hire the candidate for that position or another within your company, or refer that person to another company, within one year starting from the date JobFinders presents the candidate to you, the fee as described above is your responsibility.
