In 1986, Anne identified a need and began providing paraprofessional job-placement services throughout mid-Missouri. Nine years later, she opened TempFinders to provide temporary staffing services to her client base. Today, JobFinders’ recruiting services reach across the United States.
Regional Operations Manager
With more than 15 years’ experience in the staffing industry and more than 30 years in management, Nancy brings a wealth of recruiting talent to our Sedalia and Jefferson City locations. Her philanthropy includes Sedalia Rotary, Noon Day Optimist, Elks Club and Women’s VFW Auxiliary.
Guy is a proud Columbia native, having attended both Columbia College and the University of Missouri, and has a passion for lifting others up to reach their full potential. After pursuing various careers around the country, Guy returned to Boone County in February 2014 to serve as Vice President of JobFinders Employment Services.
Chris studied Business Management at the University of Missouri-Columbia and has more than 25 years of professional business experience. Since joining JobFinders in 2013, Chris has helped with Operations and Project Management, Sales, Financial Services and Human Resources.
Accounting and Administration Manager
Erin came to JobFinders in May 2013 after completing the start-up phase of accounting and office management at Father Tolton High School in Columbia. She began as our first in-house accountant and now serves as Accounting and Administrative Manager, where she focuses on general ledger accounting, Human Resources and everything in between.
