Anne Williams has been the President and owner of Missouri based recruiting firm JobFinders Employment Services for more than 30 years. In 1986, Williams opened her first small office and today that business has steadily grown into one of Inc 5000’s list of fastest growing companies. JobFinders provides seminars on resume writing, how to interview and more. JobFinders also specializes in screening job seekers and sending only the best candidates to fill your staffing needs. Her inside team of 30 employees run the day-to-day business of placing candidates in Direct Hire, Temporary or Evaluate-To-Hire positions.

Individually, Williams has been recognized with honors such as “Woman of the Year,” “CEO of the Year,” and in 2012 named the SBA’s top “Woman Owned Small Business” in the St. Louis district. Williams enjoys spending time in the community and is a member of the American Staffing Association as well as the National Association of Personnel Services.

Chris Baker

Operations Manager


Chris Baker is the Chief Operating Officer at JobFinders Employment Services. Baker has been an integral part of the company’s growth since 2014. Baker’s contributions to the recent JobFinders expansion into new markets has led to recognition by Inc 5000’s list of fastest growing companies. Chris has a background in human resources, sales, operations and financial management. Her experience and drive has led her to serve on several Missouri committees that seek to solve workforce shortages and enhance training initiatives.

Outside of the JobFinders offices, Baker stays just as busy as a member or volunteer of organizations such as Women’s Network Exchange-Columbia, Ty-Land Youth Center, Springfield Dream Center, Eden Village, and Our Safe Place among many others.

An accomplished salesperson and recruiter for over a decade, Anna arrived at JobFinders in August 2017 to help the company grow and expand effectively. She prides herself on her ability to develop unexplored potential, a skill she has honed over 20 years of working various leadership positions.
